Libby Stephens has worked with Third Culture Kids (TCKs) and expatriate personnel for almost 20 years. Libby is an engaging, passionate speaker. She has spoken to TCKs, parents, educators, caregivers, and many others at conferences and international schools in over 40 countries around the world.
Libby has been working for Interaction International as adjunct staff since the early 90's and now serves full-time as Director of TCK Services.
During Libby's tenure at an international boarding school in Europe, she interacted with TCKs in a variety of positions including, Residence Administrator, Guidance Counselor, and Dean of Students. Libby is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant and Interactions' subject-matter expert in the area of boarding programs for schools.
Libby has also written articles on the care for TCKs, provides in-service training to faculty and staff at international schools, and continues to be a consultant to organizations around the world.
